Today, August 15th, is India's Independence Day!
Though there are few things to indicate life is much different outside (no fireworks, people still working hard), there is reason to celebrate!
During this time we would ask that everyone would pray for true and complete freedom to come here. May the peace of Jesus reach these streets and may each person learn to love his or her neighbor as himself.
May justice roll to the poor and forgiveness be given to each. Amen.
